The 11th Lujiazui International Coffee Festival runs from 19 to 25 October 2026 at Lujiazui Central Green, 717 Lujiazui Ring Road, Shanghai, with a second venue at the Oriental Riverside Hotel from 22 to 25 October. Pick the path before you book space
Roasted coffee, ready-to-drink goods and packaged food that stay in China are checked against GACC registration under Order 280, plus Chinese labels and the declaration fields. Machines that leave after the show are reviewed for temporary admission. ATA carnet is one option, not a default. Samples consumed on site are not “re-exported exhibits”.
Shanghai, Waigaoqiao and Yangshan will not issue a missing registration on opening morning. If documents are late, split the shipment or move the urgent lot by air.
